My primary location is at Glow Medical Aesthetics in Lethbridge, Alberta. I also work a number of days each month at the following locations in British Columbia, Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

Lethbridge, AB
Glow Medical Aesthetics
Conveniently located in West Lethbridge, Glow Medical Aesthetics is Dr. Krushel’s primary location for advanced aesthetics and therapeutic services. Together with his wife Andrea, a highly experienced and friendly clinical aesthetician, they provide most advanced and cost-effective treatments services including skin tightening, radiofrequency, microneedling, IPL, and HydraFacials.
Dr. Krushel is available by appointment 7 days per week to provide Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Radiesse and Sculptra, Belkyra/DCCA, as well as ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy for spider veins, and Platelet Rich Plasma for skin tightening and musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Krushel works with the Calgary’s Alberta Neurological Centre and Alberta Health Services to provide Lethbridge with much needed Therapeutic Botox expertise, including Botox for chronic migraine headaches, bruxism, peripheral spasticity disorders, and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

Dr. Krushel is pleased to announce a partnership with Lime Beauty- Lethbridge’s premier Health, Wellness, and Skin care clinic. Here he provides Botox, Dysport, and Dermal Fillers. Lime Beauty is conveniently located at the Lethbridge YMCA building.

Chakras Revitalizing Spa & Salon
Dr. Krushel has been serving the Crowsnest Pass and Southwest Alberta as a women’s healthcare specialist for 10 years. He provides regular evening Botox, Dysport, and some Dermal Filler services at Chakras Spa, the Crowsnest Pass’s beloved aesthetics spa and salon. Located on Blairmore’s main street.

Spa 901
Located in central Fernie, Spa 901 occupies a beautifully restored brick heritage building. Dr. Krushel administers Botox, Dysport, and Dermal Fillers 3 to 5 days per month at this elegant and luxurious spa. Clients come to Spa 901 from Fernie, Sparwood, Elkford, Cranbrook, and beyond to receive Dr. Krushel’s experienced advice and treatments.

In partnership with the renowned Dr. Hassan Adam, Yellowknife’s most experienced and longest serving dentist and aesthetics provider, Dr. Krushel administers Botox, Dysport, and Dermal Filler services. As Yellowknife’s most advanced medical aesthetics clinic, Adam Dental Clinic’s Jennie Howie provides laser hair removal, IPL, microneedling, and radiofrequency rejuvenation services.

Dr. Krushel has served Yellowknife for 20 years as a Stanton Hospital Obstetrician and Gynecologist. In 2021, Dr Krushel partnered with Etandah Organic Day Spa to provide Botox, Dysport, and Dermal Filler services in this relaxed and convenient downtown location.
